The production of "First & Main" is a limited edition of 75 pieces. (See Why 75?)
The price of "First and Main" is $225.00 plus shipping. We only use actual cost, no "handling" charge. We only ship via Federal Express.
Pending notification to customers on an original "snail mail" list that was just recovered, further sales are suspended to permit them to see the piece and make a purchase when sales are re-opened.

As always, each building is custom made and shipping can be expected within eight to twelve weeks of payment. We seldom take that amount of time, but in heavy periods, it can take that long.
